Will his arse take residency in the North or South island??

Keefy
Years ago
His arse could well become a connector for the 2 islands, basically making the ferry a joy ride for tourists instead of a way of commuting between north and south and vice versan

So, driving up towards the ferry, it will look like a huge crack in the road then....

NZ not afraid to throw some dollars around it seems

Below is a transcript of the first answer the breakers gave bear.
"Dont worry Bear; yes we do have Mcdonalds & KFC & wendys in NZ".

They don't really have any other option. Best to give it a shot ASAP rather than end up in the trouble the Hawks are going to have.

This is a totally random comment but a mate calls taking a dump in the ocean an "Aqua Bear" - no idea why. So we always delighted in calling Tony the "Aqua Bear"
As I said - totally random.

DB - I'd hate to know how many tubes of Selley's No More Gaps would be used to fix that one up.

SVD - my mate calls the post-drinking-session-and-a-yiros dump a Magna. I have no idea why, but it does sound rather appropriate.

SVD, in some cicles going for a bear means going to take a dump. If you go at a place outside your home it's known as an "away bear", if you return to your stool (no pun intended) at the pub 10 minutes after leaving it you can expect to be asked "did you just go for a pub bear?" A pub bear is always a last resort.
I was on a camping trip a few years back, soon enough the topic having to go and dig a hole was brought up, the merits of going during the day (hot, flies, threat of people seeing you) vs the tranquility of going at night (cool, moonlight glow, at one with nature). Anyway, 20 minutes later the song Night Bear was written. It's a little lifeless without the guitar backing it up but the words go a little something like this:
Night Bear
Ohhh Night Bear
It's big and it's brown and it's under the ground
Bight Bear
Night Bear
Ohhh Night Bear
He's been waiting all day just to come out and play
Night Bear
Night Bear
Ohhh Night Bear
He's been waiting around for the sun to go down
Night Bear
Night Bear
Ohhh Night Bear
He's big and he's brown and he's under the ground
He's been waiting all day just to come out and play
He's been waigin around for the sun to go down
When you're lying in bed he'll poke out his head
Nightmare.

What is "Bight Bear" at the end of the first verse?

Billo, that's awesome. Is it sung to a well known tune?
I still loved "You Owe Me Food".

I don't want to poo-poo that idea, but we're going to have to can it.

Hopefully this works out for Ronaldson and the Breakers. They need a defensive presence, they need a bit more reliability from outside and they need some leadership in case Henare doesn't stay - Ronaldson fits the bill IMO.

I think he will offer more offcourt leadership to a young bunch. Dont expect to many minutes played or big stats, but the breakers are in a such a need of a vocal veteran. Surely they now have one in Ronaldson!

His butt will provide a presence in the keyway.. a defensive presence the Breakers needed

Anon #124052, yeah, it was a typo, I in no way condone the act of taking a bite out of a bear.
Phiz, I'll play it to you some time, the tune is original but uses the classic chords of Am, G, F and E.
TR - a drop bear is where you dig a hole underneath a log or a sturdy tree branch and use the log as your seat. It's so much more luxurious than the common squat favoured by most amateur outdoorsmen.
Is it disturbing that I've taken it upon myself to be the forum's resident faeces expert?
