Phillips backs Jackson bid

OPALS superstar Lauren Jackson can expect a phone call from Adelaide this week.

Star Lightning guard Erin Phillips is eager to "put in a good word" when she contacts her Australian team-mate in a bid to lure her to SA.

Lightning chief executive Mike Daws, who described last week's contact with Jackson's agent as "positive", said he expected to hear more by the middle of this week.

Further to that, season tickets are $99 for an adult, including tickets to 10 games at the Dome, and two bonus tickets to the couple of extra games this year if you want to support the team out in regional areas.
