Who's got ESPN Insider? The front door of the site and the rumours page seem to be hinting at a possible blockbuster trade that could send Carmelo Anthony to the New Jersey Nets?

This one has been on the rumor mill for around a week. What makes it interesting is that Kiki is the new GM of the Nets and was also the old GM of the Nuggets. He was credited of remodeling the Nuggets.
Deal would involved Van Horn's contract, Jefferson, Marcus Williams and either Sean Williams, Josh Boone or Nenad Kristic. Also talked about is maybe somehow Marcus Camby being added.

What a waste of a trade, but it could happen with Kiki as GM. He knows Melo well due to GM @ Nuggets and now Nets.

think its a step in the right direction 4 the nets but they will still struggle they will be another team rebuilding

Melo is welcome @ the Knicks and so is Camby.
melo to the nets won't happen.
the nuggets gm dude said that there is nothing the nets can offer for him that they like.

not true annonymous, Denver wanted a top 3 pick from New Jersey and the deal would likely get done, or at least taken further - but they..didnt...so I'd say it's dead.
AND, just read that the Nets have inquired about Diaw, Barbosa and Bargnani as well as Melo

Me thinks the Nets will be looking at getting any player possible who's contract expires in a couple of seasons, when they move to Brooklyn and make a run at LeBron or Wade...
