The 29 y.o Rookie

whats with jason williams.he seems scared to drive or shoot the ball.it seems all his job is,is to bring the ball up the floor.so how did he make the cut.most players can bring the ball of the floor.play some young rookies sixers cause once maher retires where in trouble.
