It was Matt Barnes fault. If he hadn't intentionally shoved/pushed Alston in the first place(for no reason), then the fight never would have occured.
Anyway it was justice in the end because T-Mac hit the 3.

I couldn't help but laugh with Shaq he just comes in push's Tmac he goes flying. Then he pushes Yao Ming he goes flying :P

I don't understand why Nash got suspended for that he comes over in an aggressive way but its not like he is going to start throwing punches or anything then TMac just throws him on the floor. How does TMac not get suspended for that!

A few If's but:

If Barnes was called for a defensive foul it wouldn't have happened.
If TMac didn't throw Nash to the ground it wouldn't have escalated.

There shouldnt have been any suspensions. It was blown out of proportion.

IMO it was the refs fault that this got out of hand. All the ref had to do was call the foul on Barnes, simple as that.....

Nash was the only one who came out of the scuffle worse off! He got cut on his neck

Yeah right! Do you think he was going to go over and punch them or slam them to the ground or something? Nash rushed over aggressively but wouldn't have done anything else.

You gotta understand why Nash was suspended

It was for esculating the fight - not neccessarily any malicious actions or anything. It wouldn't have gotten THAT out of hand if Nash didn't take offense to Alston taking on Barnes (keep in mind Nash didn't see Barnes' shove).

Its the umpires fault in the first place for not calling anything on Barnes
