Spalding Balls

I have in recent week had two of these balls that I purchased from Rebel Sports in size 6.

I have found that both of these balls when inflated to the correct pressure will not bounce correctly .

They feel like the molten balls however they do not bounce.

Has anyone had success with these balls or should I stick with molten?

I have since returned them both . The first on when they tried to inflate it at the shop the valve pushed into the ball.

If I purchased the WNBL ball would I have the same problem and the U12 boy that I have probally would not use a WNBL ball .

The balls that are used in the SEABL this season are Spalding balls, and whilst they look like Molten's they bounce like bricks. Terrible.
The NBL use a Spalding ball which is quite good. There are several grades of balss and I am guessing you bought the $35 one??. The NBL ball is approx $80 wholesale. You get what you pay for, and this is the case I am guessing. Might need to spnd some more money, or stay with the Molten.

Consider yourselves lucky you dont have to play with the new rubber Molten balls they force in Vic Junior competition. They overbounce, unpredictable, causing lots of turn overs. Everyone hates them, only good for Molten to sell lots of balls.

those new VJBL balls are the absolute worse, they could've at least kept them like the rest of the moltens, not this new weird ball surface.

Yeah, the NBL ball retails at $130. It is worth the coin I believe, I have one, goes well.
