well.... been a few years since that sort of result.

Great result for the Waves, they dominated from the outset. Richards couldn't get into it, Griffin shot poorly, Lavey did nothing whatsoever and Harrower had no effect. Shame they couldnt back it up against the Caps but the tide is slowly turning out west which is great for the league
