This is the email reply I got:

Can you please tell me which month the Oceania qualifiers vs New Zealand is? August, 16 & 19
Where will the games be played? 16th in Melbourne most likely, 19th in New Zealand, probably Wellington
Will there be Television coverage for this series and who will broadcast it? Yes it will be televised, this is in negotiations currently
