Gee whiz, a fair few "Facial" type dunks in that compilation. i.e. dunking over the top of someone who is challenging your shot. Very impressive and a reality check for those who are touting the current crop of players as being some of the most talented in recent times. We aren't seeing any of those type of plays this year.

That Kendrick Johnson dunk was the best in NBL history for mine. Incredible!

Great little highlight reel @RMQ, however I don't agree with anon #742 one bit, there is just as many highlight dunks this season already and we are only in the early rounds.

NBL is alive and pumping, maybe you are watching something we aren't...?

Reckon footage has been lost forever but there was one in Cairns where Goulding back in his GC Blaze days drove left from the top of the key and slammed with two hands and swung off the rim like a gymnast. One of the better NBL dunks I can remember (only saw it live, mind you, not on TV).

Honourable mention to Ira Clark for his poster on Alex Loughton in his first ever NBL game. Pretty sure it was his first

I haven't had the chance to click on pauls links yet (any chance hoops can make urls hyper linked for those that find it hard to cut and paste on mobile) but which are the dunks you speak of, Bear? I watched the top ten from week 4 and all the dunks were unopposed. Maybe we just need more legitimate shot blockers like Dwight, who featured on that old school top ten

One of the best in your face dunks so far this season was AJ Ogilvy on Tom Abercrombie. That was nice:

Wait til the end of the season and compare the top 10 from each year, rather than top 10 from one week with a whole season's worth.

Enjoyed Paul Rogers giving the Shawn Kemp point to Cat after his dunk, also appreciated KB talking smack to defensive specialist Andrew Gaze despite the fact he was down by 20.
