Can someone tell me a bit more about Josh Giddy?
Is it true he didn't play for Vic Metro ?
As a junior did he always play for Melbourne Tigers?
Who where his junior coaches?
I'm just curios to know a little more as he seems to have ajusted so easily
to the NBA.

At the Australian Under-18 Championships in April 2019, he averaged 20 points, 8.3 rebounds and six assists per game, leading VIC Metro to the title.
He missed selection in u16 as a top age - was probably a mistake as Vic Met finished behind both Qld teams that year. He was viewed as only being effective in his Tigers shuffle system which his state team didn't run.
As stated above he made u18 top age nationals which they won against SA & he also won an u20 nations on a buzzer beater.
His old man Warwick coached a lot of his junior Melbourne teams. Darren Perry coached his first state team.
Was an Emergency as a bottom aged player in 2018 at the U18 AJC's held in Geelong. 2019 was his year as he played a major role in the gold medal game against South Australia Metro. Dropped over 30 in that game when the Vics were 17 points down at the half. Recorded a triple double including 16 boards in the Semi Final game as well. Darren Perry was Head Coach those two years.
