Bul Kuol Confirmed at Taipans

I know it's been rumoured for some time, but now it's official. 1 year extension, then we'll take it from there.

Now have one local spot and two import spots left to fill. Plus DPs and training players, of course.

In: Akoldah Gak, Sam Mennenga, Taran Armstrong

Out: Hogg*, Scott*, Pinder, Ayre

Year in and out small market teams bring in and develop players and they leave for the bigger $. Zero parity league is a insult.
Need equal spending cap and support from the ague to be able to match and retain players. Until then the same few teams will win finals whilst the others make up the numbers. Wears thin.
