Winning a title w cairns would be ideal unless he bankrolls a new Canberra team. Doubt hed do that tho without a lot of other financial help and an upgrade to Canberra facilities.

Patty Mills trying to buy Cairns, new facility being funded for 2032 Olympics round games...I heard he and others will get a bargain. Matt Smith the labour NBL MP will get all the funding they need traditionally liberal seat. Just remember it's only a rort if you ain’t in on it suckers.

If there is the NBL talking heads on the latest Marketplace video don't know about it. Olgun revealed last night a team from a major capital city, Melb Utd no doubt, has had a convo with Patty about him signing with them.

Patty himself probably doesn't know about it then either :)

Yes I could imagine it would be MU again.

What's this Patty in preliminary talks with Perth for NBL 26 twaddle I'm reading on twitter?

Olgun said a big market team has had preliminary chats. Makes sense for that team to be Perth. Still can't see it happening though

Is Brisbane a big market team? Please, let it be! Some one suggested Crawford (for Bris) would do, but Patty is much more than a Shooting Guard!

Does he have one eye on the LA Olympics?

"Does he have one eye on the LA Olympics?" Some would say if Delly's a chance, so is Patty. IMO both/either in with a chance but some awesome competition for PG spots, especially. SG is still Patty's (let's face it, no-one has taken it from him yet) but certainly more firepower in the team than ever before. If we feel that a spot-up shooter is still a priority he's possibly the best one(who else?). If not, we may go without one (spot-up shooter).
