U18 G state Sturt v Mavs will be interesting - Sturt may make crossovers from 8th spot on ladder

U16G State, I'd like to see Centrals win, they’ve had a good tournament.

U16G Reserves, I’m thinking Forestville will have this in the bag. They’ve been strong throughout the tournament.

my G tips at this point -

state G - Norwood, R/U Fville
res G - Norwood, R/U South

can't work out how they will distribute the single point for U12 reserve G as Sturt can't have 2 collecting points teams - so it defaults to next team below.

Good to see Woodville and Centrals getting a team in cross overs.

With the quality of West - results don't reflect how strong they are nowadays.

Fville and South around where they are at.

Whatever they are doing at Norwood is working well - that's a few years in a row now.

@ + the U12G reserves will certainly be one to watch.
It's a good effort from Sturt, though! Something to be proud of.

They’ve got a team in every U12 Semi. Maybe one to watch for in years to come? Would like to see more of this club having success.

Parent - you should've been around about 15 years ago - Sturt one year won every age grade boys and girls for state and reserves one year.

my tips on the B groups -

State B - South, runners up - North
Reserve B - South, runners up - Sturt

special mention to Mavs U14 B and North U16 B - both teams from way down the table to make cross overs

U14 B reserves - one of three teams could easily win it - so close.

Parent - those U12 players will need to go and play D1 and Southern, Woodville or Mavs etc as the by laws will restrict them (as they have done for many, many years). It's common knowledge that there are players playing in teams 3 and 4 at some clubs that would make team 1 at others.
And those clubs need help now looking at results !
I do have a problem when some years they enforce a bye and other years allow second teams in Div 2.
I think the problem is sometimes too at the clubs not the competitions committee.
