As far as I know, French sources have effectively confirmed Noa Kouakou-Heugue as having already signed with Perth.
I suspect it cannot be announced until after the NBA draft as Izan Almansa is technically still under contract.
Looks a very handy pickup. He is playing for his French club at the same Adidas tournament the Next Star team is at I believe.
