36ers season membership updates?

So my understanding was that we were going to receive our barcodes and access to early seats in the first week of August - as of yet no update on this. Does anyone know any further information as to what is next for the general admission season memberships?

Also I cant seem to access the membership portal from my laptop - only phone. Anyone else having similar issues?

Would assume that since Friday was the 1st of August, this coming work week would be still considered the first week of August.
