Nothing unusual about imports arriving a bit later due to a range of circumstances. Some teams haven't even finalised rosters with import spots yet. I'd say the timing is logical. He just finished another commitment, and will likely arrive around the time the team gets back from the Blitz. Don't forget the Blitz was early. Nothing strange if he is playing games between now and then. He is a human being like everyone else after all. He does similar things to everyone else in his free time. Has interests outside of his job.
