Brisbane Signs new SG
From NBL.com.au "The Brisbane Bullets have reportedly signed shooting guard Dakota Mathias for the rest of the NBL26 season". to replace JLF
Googled him and got expected highlights etc. Also watched an interview video dated Feb 2025. Seems that he is "returning" to the NBA so has been out since? and why? He's from Perdue, been a pro for 7 yrs and played in Spain and in the G league.
Not much else on or about him. Could be another Mason Jones, could be another TJ Starks? Will need to be more like Starks than Jones to be any real benefit for Brisbane. We already have Patterson(IP/NRP), filling in for him. Be a pointless appointment if Mathias is no better than Lamar. Keen to see how he fits in.
