It's 9:21pm Eastern Time in the States, which I believe is 11:51am Central Standard Time in Aust.

Why it starts at 9:21pm, I have no idea.

These are Adelaide times for the coverage on ESPN 2morrow:

9am-10:30am: College Gameday with the crew.

10:30am: National Championship Game.

Would that mean the game is actually being played at 8.21pm - central US time. Hence 6.21pm on the West Coast, with the greatest chance of getting the whole country to tune in.

You're most probably correct. A 9:30pm start I could certainly understand. 9:21pm just looks funny.

Would there be an uproar if it actually started at 9:22pm?
