Marino 21, M Bowley 21 and 18 boards (in 29 minutes!) as Sturt won 73-64. For the Eagles, Lindsay had 19 and 11 and Duke 13/4/4, Ranford 12 and 7.
In the men's game, Sturt came from a small deficit early to grab a narrow lead and hold that for the duration of the game. Forman had 31 and 11, and held Dix to 18 popints on 5/20 FG while Ng had 32 (6/9 3P). Maher played almost 40 minutes for 7 boards and 5 assists, but 4 points on 2/11 FG. Shepherd had 11 while Smylie had the 11 and 10 double but with 4/15 from the field. Gower was a DNP with various injuries.
For Forestville, Dougie got the wine with 18 and 9 on 6/6 FG, 1/1 3P and 5/5 FT (flawless!) while Campbell was pretty good for 17 points and Arnold had 14.
Quite an entertaining game even though both teams were playing back to back games plus a reasonable crowd.

This was the best game we have seen at Wayville this season, Forman and Ng stroking them from 3pt land was the main differance between the teams
