Steve Alford's 50 Minute basketball workout is a great program for training (it doesnt work your technique however) but if you can get through it you are on the right track.

Its available at SASI library

Tom Noorland's DVD's Swish 1 & 2 are supposed to be the best.

First one demonstartes the techniques, The second shows coaches how to teach it with drills etc.
